Supervised Agriculture Experiences (SAE's)
The SAE's are a major portion of the Ag Experience created for FFA Students. There are multiple types of SAES; the most common being Placement and Ownership.
A placement project is a job in which you are being paid (or possibly not) to work for a business related to the agriculture industry. An ownership project is a project that a student will own themselves. The most common for our chapter is to raise an animal or to own your own plant business. These projects are the backbone to an agriculture experience within our chapter. It will enhance your knowledge of the agriculture industry and deepen the passion held for such a science.
